We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our established domiciliary care branch in Wilmslow. With strong infrastructure and support in place, this opportunity is ideal for a motivated manager looking to focus on quality, growth, and team leadership—without the added pressures of on-call duties or delivering personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and high-quality care standards
Lead, mentor, and support office staff, care coordinators, and team leaders
Drive recruitment, staff retention, and professional development initiatives
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals to deliver person-centred care
Lead continuous improvement strategies and support the branch’s sustainable growth
Benefit from no on-call or personal care delivery requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Professional, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of care
