Bright A Blind FM is a leading commercial blind and shading specialist working across London and the South East. For over 30 years we’ve supported corporate, education, healthcare and FM clients with professional blind cleaning, repairs, maintenance and replacement services. We’re now expanding our internal sales team to build on strong demand and growth. The Role We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our office-based team in North London. This is a hands-on, fast-paced sales role for someone who enjoys talking to clients, managing quotes, and turning opportunities into orders. You’ll work closely with our Lead Generator (Everton), Surveyors, and Operations Team. Your main focus will be to convert quotes into confirmed orders, follow up professionally, and support clients with excellent communication. This role combines elements of sales closing, customer liaison, and light account management – ideal for someone who’s confident, organised, and commercially minded. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on all quotes generated from surveys and appointments. Issue professional estimates (using pricing guides and templates) within 24–48 hours. Contact clients by phone and email to follow up, answer questions, and secure orders. Promote annual service plans, blind cleaning, and repair options. Maintain accurate records in CRM and produce simple weekly sales updates. Work closely with operations to hand over confirmed jobs smoothly. Support existing clients with repeat and small works requests. About You Experience in B2B sales, internal sales, or account coordination. Comfortable speaking with facility managers, schools, contractors, and commercial clients. Great communicator – professional, confident, and personable. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple live quotes. Self-motivated and team-focused, with a proactive attitude. Strong basic IT and CRM skills. Ideally experience within FM, interiors, or commercial services (training provided). What We Offer Competitive salary (depending on experience) performance bonus.
