Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Customer Service Agent located in Lee-On-The-Solent. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. Qualifications
* Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to address inquiries and provide prompt assistance
* Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
