Job Overview
We are launching an Intelligent Transport and Infrastructure practice with a team committed to delivering strategic asset management solutions. The role involves working with clients across national defence, transport and infrastructure sectors to deliver projects that improve asset performance and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
* Lead a variety of technical asset management projects, from formulating national guidance and standards to implementing long‑term investment plans.
* Partner with clients to design and execute asset management transformation programmes, including innovative use of new technology and data analytics.
* Provide strategic input on the Practice’s service offerings to meet evolving client needs.
* Develop professional relationships to secure new or repeat business opportunities.
* Lead and manage diverse project teams delivering projects or programmes.
* Prepare tender responses and identify emerging technology opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in applying digital asset management and advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems.
* Strong technical background and sound knowledge of highway infrastructure and client needs.
* Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Ability to explain complex matters clearly to internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Confident, professional demeanour with a “Can Do” approach and supportive leadership style.
* Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
