Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £150 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans to ensure continuity in student learning Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and positive learning environment Provide feedback to the regular teacher regarding student progress and any issues that arise Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous experience in a teaching role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different classroom environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the national curriculum Effective classroom management techniques Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Specialist subject knowledge in a specific area Working Conditions: Work in various schools on a temporary basis Interact with students, parents, and school staff Potential for travel within the North West England region All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
