Key Responsibilities
* Support in overseeing daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures
* Maintain a polished and professional environment that reflects the standards of the firm
* Coordinate the café team to ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service
* Oversee food and beverage preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with health standards
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
* Manage inventory, stock rotation, and daily ordering to ensure availability with minimal waste
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the café at all times, including mandatory food safety checks and paperwork daily
* Collaborate with the café manager and head chef on promotions, menu updates, and processes
* Support in fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Liaise with facilities and catering teams to support internal events, meetings, and client functions where required
