* Developing an L&D strategy
* Developing a graduate scheme
* Reviewing the Leadership program
* Presenting a blended learning solution for the business
* Maintaining the LMS
* Working with the business and being supported by HR
What experience do you need?
* Previous experience in L&D
* Ability to design, create and deliver content for training
* Knowledge of working with an LMS
* Management of Learning and Development projects
* Experience of managing training programmes with internal and external partners.
* Experience in blended learning approaches.
* Creative problem solver
