Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant – Maths to join our Slough and Langley team for 15 hours a week on a part-time, permanent basis. This role is term time only, working 37 weeks of the year.
Note: The expected start date for this role is Wednesday, 3rd September 2025.
In this role, you will enable students to access the mathematics curriculum fully, supporting them to achieve their learning goals and potential. Working under the direction of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager, and Lecturers, you will assist with teaching, learning, and related activities according to college policies and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). Responsibilities may include supporting whole classes, working with individuals and small groups, assisting with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities, and collaborating with pastoral and welfare staff to support students in overcoming learning, physical, or emotional barriers.
