We are currently looking for two experienced Advanced Community Care Assistant to join our dedicated team covering the Mansfield and Ashfield areas.
About the Role
As an Advanced Community Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to service users in their own homes, helping them maintain dignity, independence and quality of life.
Our services include:
* Personal care calls
* Social visits
* Domestic support
* Shopping assistance
* Companionship
* Befriending calls
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year's experience in community care
* Must be local to the Mansfield & Ashfield area
* Full UK driving licence and own car essential
* Available to work full-time hours
* Must be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays
* Flexible and able to cover all areas we operate in
* Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
