POSITION:
The Customer Success Consultant is a strategic and supportive partner for Xn’s customers at every stage of the customer life cycle specifically during onboarding and projects.
The role will demand a pro-active, positive approach as you will be responsible for strengthening existing and developing new relationships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
* L ead customer implementations, partnering with customer stakeholders to ensure effective onboarding and engagement, and helping customers reali s e value quickly
* A ct as a trusted advisor to customers, providing best practices that drive product adoption and serve as their champion with internal teams, driving retention and expansion in partnership with Sales
* Engage with day-1 customers from onboarding to project completion
* Get detailed picture of what they want, need and desire and must ensure they identify each clients unique priorities and needs
* E nsure requirements documentation including pre-requisites and project plan are clearly discussed with the customers
* Train and build customer systems
* Go live preparation and support
* Project handover to support and completion review
* Track and alert leadership to potential risks and delays
* Work closely with internal departments and partners to deliver world class customer experience, ensuring customers achieve fast and significant return on their investment
* Assist with testing of product suite and provide feedback to support enhancement
* Perform work outside of office hours as required from time to time
* Other duties as directed by the Onboarding and Professional Services Manager or Operations Director from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven relevant customer success, account management or technical support experience in the technology industry, ideally in a Cloud-based software company
* Experience implementing software products or solutions to small and estate organi s ations
* Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making capabilities
* Ability to build relationship s across stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast paced, rapid growth environment
* Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly evolving environment
* An understanding of Microsoft developed application solutions
* Experience of working within the l eisure industry would be a distinct advantage
* A full UK driving license, as the role requires travel
