Role Overview
We're seeking an Experienced Customs Agent to take on a pivotal role in our operations. You'll bring your knowledge and attention to detail to manage complex customs declarations, advise clients on compliance, and help drive efficiency in cross-border trade processes.

Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and process import/export customs declarations using HMRC/Revenue platforms.
· Advise clients on classification, valuation, and origin of goods.
· Ensure all customs paperwork is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
· Liaise with HMRC, Revenue, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure smooth clearance.
· Contribute to the training and mentoring of junior team members.
· Stay current with evolving customs legislation and trade procedures.
What We're Looking For
· 2+ years' experience in customs clearance or international trade compliance.
· Strong knowledge of UK and Irish customs procedures, transit movements, and tariff codes.
· Proficiency in using customs software platforms (e.g. CDS, AIS, NCTS).
· A methodical and detail-oriented approach.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
