Our client needs a new Library of Things Manager to run their Frenchay site, working with the rest of their small team of staff and volunteers who make borrowing as convenient as buying.

Reports to:Operations and Development Manager
Based from:Coldharbour Lane, Frenchay, Bristol BS16.
Contract:Permanent
Work pattern:£12.75 per hour, minimum of 12 hrs a week. The 12 hours per week are to include the following hours onsite.
Core hours will be:
– Tuesdays 4:45-7:15pm
– Wednesdays 11:45-2:15pm
– Fridays 9:45-12:15pm
Other hours can be worked flexibly either on or off-site.
Oversee the this organisation's Library of Things, ensuring it meets the needs of the local community, and work in partnership with the rest of the team to ensure the success of both the charity and its Library of Things service.
This role is responsible for the day to day running of the Frenchay Library of Things, recruiting and supporting volunteers, helping to engage with partner organisations, including UWE, managing Thing donations and inventory, and assisting both current and potential members.
This employer is looking for someone to start as soon as practical, and work around 12 hours a week. The working hours will be mainly around when the Library is open for lending sessions.
