You'll work as part of a fantastic, committed team to provide a high quality and person-centred care to young people and their families, ensuring the views and needs are heard and responded to by promoting communication and participation. Supporting young people to achieve their potential. Establishing relationships and links within the community to assist our young people and their families. Assisting the Residential Workers to support the young people. Contributing to care plans, support plans and risk assessments.
