Involve Recruitment are in search of a Sales Assistant for our client a growing environmental company. The Sales Assistant will support the business development function, helping to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and coordinate the preparation of proposals and bids. You will work closely with technical teams to communicate service offerings effectively and support the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Research potential clients across South Wales and wider areas
*
Qualify leads and maintain an up-to-date CRM system
*
Assist with outbound sales campaigns, follow-ups, and client communication
*
Help prepare sales materials, proposals, quotes, and tender submissions
*
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and presentations for senior sales staff
*
Liaise with technical consultants to ensure proposals are accurate and competitive
*
Support post-sales client care and handovers to project teams
*
Monitor sales activity and assist with reporting
Requirements
*
Previous experience in a sales or business development role (B2B desirable)
*
Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
*
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*
Familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
*
Interest in environmental services or consultancy is highly desirable
*
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team
