This role offers meaningful, practical experience supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4, including those with SEND and SEMH needs. As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work directly with students who benefit from consistent, calm, and structured support.
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group behavioural support
• Assist students with emotional regulation strategies
• Support academic progress in core subjects
• Collaborate with pastoral and SEN teams
• Encourage confidence and independence
