* Manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and stock integrity.
* Stay informed about pet care, products, and services to provide expert advice.

* Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships proactively.
What We Need…
* Experience in a similar store leadership role or readiness to advance in retail management.
* Proven success in driving sales.
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and build a high-performing, positive team culture.
* Resilience and ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.
* Ability to foster a positive safety culture.
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Business acumen and adaptability to changing conditions.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
