Your responsibilities- Support procurement operations across Capex and Opex categories, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global procurement teams to lead and manage strategic projects.- Engage with suppliers to negotiate contracts, secure best value, and maintain strong relationships.- Track and report savings, contracts, and project progress using procurement systems and reporting tools.- Ensure audit readiness and compliance across all procurement activities.- Analyse market insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement systems.The experience we're looking for- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Procurement, preferably in an international environment.- Degree qualified, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business or other relevant discipline. MBA advantageous.- Ability to work in a truly global organisation and results-driven environment.- High-level negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.- Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving.- Strong team working abilities and commitment.- Flexibility and adaptability to ever-changing business needs and timescales.- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
