Damp, Mould & Condensation Surveyor – North Somerset – Housing Association £37.33 Umbrella (Inside IR35) / £29 PAYE 37 hours per week Temporary Contract (3 Months) We are currently recruiting for a Damp, Mould & Condensation Surveyor to join a leading Housing Association, delivering a customer-focused surveying service across North Somerset and Bristol. This is a project-focused role where you will take ownership of damp and mould cases from initial inspection through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and residents to manage repairs, resolve issues, and maintain excellent service delivery. The role is based out of Portishead, with travel across North Somerset and surrounding areas.
