Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation. As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets. The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months. As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to take responsibility for Evolito’s entire purchase ledger, employee expenses and credit cards. Key responsibilities will include : Processing supplier invoices Assisting with supplier and employee queries Reconcile supplier statements Managing payment runs for suppliers and employee expenses Processing employee expenses and credit cards Helping to improve our evolving processes Proactively seeking opportunities to deliver improvements. Skills and experience required: Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk/Purchase Ledger Good basic knowledge of VAT Good IT skills including Excel, Power Point and Word Strong attention to detail Extremely organised with good business acumen Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to work effectively with teams Good understanding of need for diplomacy and confidentiality Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Ability to work under pressure while managing conflicting demands against tight deadlines A flexible approach to work.
