Job Description:
This position is based within our Community Therapy team in East Lothian and aims to enhance our current Unscheduled Care pathways, including D2A and POA, throughout the week, with additional therapy cover over weekends.
Hours will follow a rota pattern across 7 days, with no more than 5 days worked within a 7-day period.

Responsibilities include acting independently to provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, referral, and discharge for a complex patient caseload.
You will supervise physiotherapists, assistant practitioners, clinical support workers, and students, and deputise for the team lead in relevant meetings.
You will develop and deliver training programs for professionals and carers to enhance understanding of therapy processes and patient management.
This role requires PVG Scheme membership/record. If not currently a member, an application to Disclosure Scotland must be completed and deemed satisfactory before employment begins.
Note: The salary will be pro-rata if the position is part-time.
