We are looking for an enthusiastic, Self motivated office manager/administrator to join our growing team.
About the role: This is a part time role with the intention to go full time, working 24 hours a week (8 hours Per day) to start on a Monday Tuesday and Thursday/Friday. The role will be based in our office just outside Buntingford SG8.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Looking after our thriving social media portfolio of 1.7m followers
* Replying to Emails and liaising with sponsors/customers in a prompt and professional manner
* being responsible for monitoring our YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, including replying to messages & Comments Regarging our services & Training
* processing the Requests that come through Shopify & Alter Acadmey Platform.
* Diary management, including working with external customers
* sourcing and ordering Vehicles / equipment for Recordings
* General admin
* Help manage our social medias
Starting pay is £13-16 per hour depending on skill. This will be reviewed upon successful completion of probation of 1 months.
About you:
* you will be enthusiastic and self motivated.
* you will have good time management skills and be able to work independently.
* you will have 2-3+ years experience of office admin/social media management
* you will have experience with outlook and Microsoft / Google drive programs
* you will have experience of social media platforms
