About the role
As a Campaign Manager,you’llplay a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our campaigns.You’lllead integrated marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels,leveragingdata-driven insights tooptimizeperformance and deliver measurable results. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact while collaborating with talented teams and fostering innovation. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, created to support our growing portfolio of events, including exciting new launches and acquisitions. While the role is initiallyfixed-term, there may be opportunities to stay on as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage integrated campaign plans across digital and traditional channels to achieve businessobjectives.
2. Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation andmaximumROI.
3. Analyse campaign performance andprovideactionable insights to optimise future strategies.
4. Collaborate closely with Content and Creative teams to ensure brand and content alignment.
5. Use market research and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
6. Partner with the Data Operations Manager toleverageaudience insights for targeted campaigns.
7. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
8. Continuouslyidentifyopportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and innovation.
Requirements
9. Proven experience in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
10. Strong ability in key account relationship management.
11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
12. Expertisein audience insights and segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively.
13. Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
14. Skilled in budget management and resource optimisation.
15. Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
