* Salary Grade: £37,912 - £45,660 (with a £10,000 uplift for specific qualifications)

We are seeking a qualified Lecturer in Electrical Installations to join our team within a Further Education setting. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has a strong background in electrical engineering. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Deliver comprehensive teaching across all levels of Electrical Installations, from Level 1 up to Level 3, including apprenticeships.
* Engage with different student groups including 16-18 year olds on Study Programmes, adult learners, and apprentices.
* Provide an excellent learning experience that equips students with the necessary skills for further study, employment, or apprenticeships.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods to ensure a dynamic and effective learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Must hold an Electrical Installations qualification or equivalent, or have a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience.
2. Full teaching qualification or currently working towards one.
