About the Role As a Product Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end process of bringing new Eatlean products from concept to shelf. Working cross-functionally with teams including NPD, Ingredients, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll identify market opportunities, champion consumer needs, and help deliver a pipeline of products that drive growth and enhance our brand. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on managing multiple projects, translating strategic goals into real products, and making things happen. What You’ll Do Drive the full product lifecycle—from idea generation through to launch Analyse consumer insights and sales data to identify opportunities Collaborate with the NPD team to create new product concepts Define and manage the product roadmap in line with business objectives Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time Act as the voice of the consumer, ensuring relevance and impact across markets Support the marketing and sales team with compelling messaging and positioning Contribute to export planning and global brand reach What You’ll Bring Proven experience in product or project management (ideally in FMCG or food) Track record of managing critical paths and delivering projects at pace Confident communicator and team player able to influence at all levels Experience working with cross-functional teams Strong analytical mindset with a consumer-first approach Comfortable handling data, coordinating timelines, and solving problems Full UK driving licence Why Join Eatlean?
