Were seeking a Performance Analyst to join their dynamic Production Department an integral role focused on planning, performance improvement, and operational excellence.
About the Role
As a Performance Analyst, youll be at the heart of production performance, ensuring factory-wide throughput and workflow are optimised across all sections. This is a varied, fast-paced position where analytical thinking meets hands-on teamwork ideal for someone who thrives on continuous improvement and enjoys influencing performance at every level.
Youll be responsible for:
* Planning and monitoring daily production performance across the factory.
* Tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and implementing improvement measures.
* Collaborating closely with production teams to ensure quality standards and output targets are achieved.
* Conducting performance reviews and updating skills matrices based on real-time data.
* Supporting management with accurate, timely performance reporting and insights.
* Engaging, motivating, and developing team members to drive continuous success.
About You

* NVQ in Engineering Manufacture / Advanced Modern Apprenticeship.

* Computer literacy, ideally with formal training or certification.
