We’re working with a professional services company who are seeking long-term support from a strong corporate lawyer.
Starting in January, the role will involve:
* Governance and structural issues
* Investments (equity and debt)
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Cross-border legal risks and regulatory considerations
* Some general commercial aspects
Skills required:
* 8+ years’ PQE
* Excellent technical legal skills
* Substantial experience working on complex cross-border corporate matters, ideally gained within an international in-house role
* A strong understanding of business drivers and the legal, regulatory and commercial risks faced by large global organisations
The role is primarily remote, with one day in the office on Wednesdays.
