Description
Our client is keen to bolster it's Corporation Tax department with the recruitment of a Manager.
The ideal candidate must have excellent technical skills and experience, and have a thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues; The team deals with a broad range of tax issues, including R&D tax credits, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning and succession planning, transfer pricing and other cross border taxes.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:
* CTA qualification
* 5+ years experience within Corporate Tax
* Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Offer
* A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
