Position: Early Years Educator
Essential Criteria: Full & Relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification
Hours: 40 hours per week (option to condense 40 hours over 4 days)
Salary level 2: £26,104 - £26,728
Salary Level 3: £26,832 - £29,120
Opening Hours: 7.30 am to 6.30 pm

What we are looking for:
We're seeking a special individual who along with a full and relevant level 2 or 3 early years qualification can bring fun, laughter, warmth, and a genuine passion for early years education to our children, families and team.
You will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering a rich, engaging EYFS curriculum tailored to each child
* Creating inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces that promote exploration and independence
* Building strong bonds as a key person, supporting children's development and working closely with families
* Supporting calm, inclusive routines like mealtimes and transitions
* Making meaningful observations and assessments to inform planning
* Contributing to reflective team meetings and ongoing quality improvement
* Engaging in continuous professional development and keeping up with best practice
