Team Coast are looking for a strong CDP/ Sous, as our reputation continues to grow in strength a successful candidate must have a passion for fresh ingredients and a flair to contribute to ever evolving menu's with the team. Self-belief is a character trait that would serve an applicant well as we aim to have a team that grows with the venue and allows for promotion of responsibility from within, as a strong team is already in place with an excellent kitchen 'vibe' a team member rather than a section chef is top of the list in recruitment.

Our menu is from across the continents all aimed at a brasserie style dining experience to its retuning customer base. All styles and dishes considered and elevated with our ethos 'Flavour Reimagined'

We have a great opportunity for a Chef with the right attitude to work & progressing. Working under the Head Chef, you will have all the support you need to progress further in your career.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards

- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards

- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
