About our Nursery
Gravesend, rated Good by Ofsted, is a purpose-built nursery with a capacity of 132 children, designed on a single level with all rooms having direct access to a spacious garden. We work closely with local schools and agencies to enhance our community connections and support children's development. Conveniently located near Gravesend town center, we benefit from good transport links, making it easy for families to reach us. Our nursery offers free parking for staff, all within a nurturing environment supported by our longstanding staff team.

Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications: What Were Looking For: Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
Experience working with children under 5.
Empathy and understanding each child is unique.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
