About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a developer on a busy residential development in Crawley. This is a freelance position.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion
* Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site
* Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard
* Ensuring H&S compliance across the site
* Maintaining quality control and ensuring snagging is dealt with efficiently
Qualifications
* Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer
* Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover
* Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
