Job Title: Senior Family Law Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
The firm is seeking a Senior Family Law Solicitor to take a lead role within its well-established family department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor with a strong background in family law who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You will manage a complex caseload, supervise junior team members, and play a key role in the continued growth and development of the department.
This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexibility to suit individual circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and advising on a wide range of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and child-related cases
* Handling high-value and complex cases with minimal supervision
* Providing clear, strategic advice to clients while ensuring excellent client care
* Representing clients in negotiations and, when required, in court proceedings
* Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and support staff within the department
* Contributing to the growth and strategic development of the family law team
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
* Significant experience in family law (ideally 5+ years PQE, though candidates with strong experience at a slightly earlier stage will also be considered)
* Proven ability to handle complex and high-value family law cases
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care abilities
* Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
