My client is a friendly and well-established firm of solicitors based in the heart of Twickenham, and I am looking for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their supportive and welcoming team.

This is a great opportunity for a conveyancing assistant who enjoys working in a busy legal environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.

The Role

You’ll be supporting the conveyancing team with the smooth running of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Day-to-day, you’ll be:

• Assisting fee earners with sales, purchases, and remortgages


\t

• Preparing legal documents and correspondence


\t

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties


\t

• Managing files and keeping case management systems up to date


\t

• Providing a professional and friendly point of contact for clients

What they are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• At least a years experience as a legal conveyancing assistant or paralegal role (essential)


\t

• Organised, proactive, and has strong attention to detail


\t

• Confident communicating with clients and colleagues


\t

• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
