We are looking for a warm, positive and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to be a companion to our amazing 14-year-old daughter, who is autistic and attends school in Burgess Hill. This is a genuinely rewarding and enjoyable role for someone who loves spending time with young people and getting out and about. What you’ll be doing: Exploring fun activities together – mini festivals, theatre, cinema, swimming, walks and more Getting creative with baking, crafts, music, karaoke and dancing Spending relaxed time chatting, hanging out and building a genuine connection Supporting and encouraging her interests and confidence Helping ensure she feels safe, happy and supported Our daughter is very sociable, loves to have fun and has a great sense of humour. She enjoys a wide range of activities but is equally happy just spending time with someone she feels comfortable with.
