Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Huntingdon. We are looking for compassionate home care workers to work in the evenings in Huntingdon between 5pm – 10pm Monday to Friday and alternate Weekends. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and support in their homes. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and medication management Prepare nutritious meals and help with light housekeeping tasks Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behaviour to supervisors Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for clients Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
