Location: Remote Working with Monthly Travel to Manchester Office

This is a rare opportunity to work on high-value, complex cases involving current and former service personnel, including PTSD, Non-Freezing Cold Injuries (NFCI), and bullying and harassment claims.

Your Role:
Manage a diverse caseload of Military-related personal injury matters, including Employers’ Liability, Clinical Negligence, and complex injury claims
Handle small claims, fast track, and multi-track cases, drafting all necessary legal documentation
Conduct quantum assessments, review medical evidence, and brief Counsel
Promote early rehabilitation and case resolution in line with the Serious Injury Guide
Prepare court bundles, instruct experts, and provide advice on Part 36 offers
Engage in advocacy opportunities, where appropriate
Support marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of referral networks
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure quality, innovation, and continued success
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years PQE in Personal Injury (Military Law experience highly desirable)
Strong understanding of CPR rules and litigation procedures
Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of individuals or groups
Excellent client care, communication, and drafting skills
