Job Description
Responsibilities:
* To lead and drive the Kitchen & Air compliance field teams, ensuring that all Kitchen & Air Contracts assigned are delivered within agreed time scales and in line with required industry standards and specifications.
* Coordination of onsite jobs in line with the agreed scope of works, i.e., setting job priorities and ensuring sufficient manpower is available to carry out the work.
* To be responsible for day-to-day project management of larger contracts.
* Provide technical support and guidance within all main compliance areas of work.
* To supervise the Supervisors and Operatives to ensure that the work is carried out according to the required standard/specification.
* Provide on-the-job training for new and existing supervisors and operatives.
* Support onsite issues, access problems, concerns, etc., working with the client and admin teams to provide solutions for customer satisfaction.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a team leader/manager within the kitchen extract/duct cleaning industry.
* Knowledge of the TR19 regulations.
* High standard of work ethics.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work within time constraints both independently and as part of a team.
* The ability to follow procedures thoroughly.
* A positive and approachable manner.
* Enthusiasm for a varied working environment.
* Full driver's license.
