As our front-of-house Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, residents, and team members. You will provide a warm Westgate welcome and be the friendly face that makes everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive.


Responsibilities:

* Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents, families and visitors
* Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
* Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the care home's services
* Schedule and coordinate appointments, tours and meetings
* Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
* Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting and data entry
* Liaise with staff across all departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the home
* Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or unusual situations


Requirements:

* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally in a luxury care home setting
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
* A polished and professional demeanour
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* A proactive and problem-solving approach
* Empathy and understanding when engaging with elderly residents and their families
