The Role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support ongoing coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and ensure excellent service.

* You are prepared to run shifts, plan staffing, and enjoy working with and coaching your team.
* You understand managing labor and rotas and are eager to learn about restaurant financials.
