Harrow - Senior Social Worker - MASH Team - £38.50 p/h Umb
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working within a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) to manage incoming referrals.
* Screening and triaging safeguarding concerns, gathering information from partner agencies.
* Conducting risk assessments to determine appropriate thresholds and interventions.
* Making timely and effective safeguarding decisions.
* Working collaboratively with police, health, education, and other agencies.
* Ensuring accurate and timely case recording in line with statutory frameworks.
* Managing a fast-paced workload while maintaining high standards of practice.
Working Pattern:
* Full-time
* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £38.50 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
* Experience within MASH or strong safeguarding/assessment background
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and MASH processes
