With a growing practice population, we are keen to continue to develop our clinical team which includes Practice Physio, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians. Home Visiting Clinician and also a Nursing team lead by our Nurse Manager offering nurse prescribers and minor illness clinics, nurse led chronic disease management. We are a SysmOne practice with currently just over 12000 patients registered. Main duties of the job
To provide the full range of NHS General/Primary Medical Services to the patients registered to the Practice, including patients presenting for immediately necessary treatment including clinical examination, diagnosis, treatment and referral as appropriate. Your working day will consist of face to face, telephone, video consultations, and administration work. About us

To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the contract. Furthermore, the post holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
