Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our successful established supported accommodation service in Leicestershire and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the supported accommodation service to ensure compliance with the Supported Accommodation Regulations and Quality Standards. The successful candidate will provide effective leadership to staff teams, manage budgets and resources efficiently, and develop positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals involved in supporting them.
Essential Requirements:
The candidate must meet the Supported Accommodation Regulations’ fitness requirements.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
* Car Owner and Driver (Business insurance required)
Skills and Experience:
At least two years of relevant experience within the last five years working with vulnerable young people in a supported accommodation service or similar setting.
* Level 5 Leadership and management Children and young people or working towards.
* BA (Hons) in Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, Housing or a related field
