Venue Lead - Breakfast & After School Club
£13.00 – £13.50 p/h | 25 hours per week | Term-Time Only
To cover Breakfast Club (7:45am-8:45am) and After School (3:15pm - 6pm)
Location: Dale Hall Community Primary School, Dale Hall Lane, Ipswich, IP1 4LX
We're looking for a confident, caring and organised Venue Lead to run our wraparound care provision at Dale Hall Primary School.
This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee sessions, support your team, and create a safe, welcoming space where children start and end their school day positively.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading engaging, structured sessions before and after school
* Managing and supporting a small, friendly staff team
* Acting as the main point of contact for parents and the school
* Ensuring safeguarding, behaviour management and safety standards are met
* Creating a fun, inclusive environment where children feel safe and supported
We're Looking For Someone Who
* Has experience working with primary-aged children
* Is confident leading a team or ready to step into a leadership role
* Is organised, reliable and able to use their initiative
* Communicates clearly with staff, parents and school contacts
* Understands the importance of safeguarding and child safety
* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Playwork, Teaching Support, or a related field is desirable.
