Key Responsibilities:As a CNC Programmer, you'll be at the heart of production, ensuring high-quality machining and efficient operations:
* Work with modern CNC Machine Tools, both electrical and mechanical systems
* Program and operate Fanuc OI-TC and I series controls
* Cut a range of materials including aluminium and stainless steel
* Apply manual machining skills where needed
* Interpret drawings and tolerances accurately, adapting to special machining requirements
* Use precision measuring equipment for quality assurance
* Complete paperwork within ISO9001 & AS9100 standards
* Stay flexible and self-motivated to meet the business's evolving needs
What we're looking for:We want candidates who are precise, driven, and experienced:
* Proven CNC Programmer experience, ideally with CNC Turner or CNC Machinist background
* Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge of CNC machines
* Experience with Fanuc controls
* Able to work with a variety of materials and processes
