About the Role
Are you a motivated and strategic sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a National Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join a global logistics organisation at the forefront of supply chain and delivery solutions.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of the sales process—from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and ongoing account management. Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
* Support and grow existing client relationships to drive long-term revenue.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Monitor and manage account performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

About You
You're a driven and customer-focused professional with a solid background in B2B field sales. With a passion for logistics and an eye for growth opportunities, you thrive on delivering value to clients while meeting and exceeding performance goals.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong background in Air and Ocean Freight, with knowledge of Road Freight.
* Proven success in B2B field sales and new business development.
* Strong project and time management skills.
* Ability to adapt, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
* Confident in creating and delivering persuasive presentations.
* A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Motivated by both individual and team targets.
* Full, clean UK driving licence (held for at least two years).
