Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our clients team in the Accounting industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and accounting tasks, as well as strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and invoicing
• Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
Requirements
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
