If you’re someone who enjoys designing the commercial engine rather than just running it, this is a rare opportunity to build GTM properly from the ground up.
This is not a typical Head of Sales role. You won’t inherit a team or a playbook.
You’ll create the playbook.
The opportunity
You’ll join an early-stage AI SaaS business that is already:
* Revenue-generating and financially solid
* Working with enterprise clients across DACH
* At the point where founder-led selling needs to become scalable and repeatable
They now need a strategic GTM leader to architect how the business grows.
What you’ll own
* Define and refine the entire GTM strategy (ICP, segmentation, verticals, messaging)
* Own and manage an external marketing agency with full commercial accountability
* Build the sales playbook from scratch (discovery, demos, objections, proposals)
* Design RevOps and HubSpot architecture (pipeline, forecasting, stages, reporting)
* Own core metrics: conversion, CAC, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy
* Partner closely with the Founding AE to ensure strategy translates into execution
What they’re looking for
* 5+ years in B2B SaaS across GTM, growth, RevOps or product marketing
* Proven experience building GTM from scratch or in early-stage environments
* Strong analytical mindset with ownership of pipeline and performance metrics
* Experience managing external agencies or demand gen partners
* Deep HubSpot knowledge (architecture level)
* Builder mentality. Comfortable operating without a blueprint
* German and English speaker
