The Role:
* Carrying out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to ensure an excellent guest and member experience
* Following all health and safety, hygiene, and electrical regulations during repairs
* Responding promptly to all enquiries
* Performing maintenance repairs while wearing appropriate PPE
* Maintaining green areas and car parks when applicable
* Following planned preventative maintenance schedules
* Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors
* Implementing energy conservation initiatives
* Following COSHH regulations, especially in the storage of hazardous substances
* Attending additional training relevant to the role
