We are looking for a Contract Supervisor to join our key account team at Thermatic Technical FM.
As a Contract Supervisor, you will support the account teams in delivering high standards of service to our customers, ensuring efficiency and cost control. Your responsibilities include supervising contracts between customers and engineers, ensuring smooth operations, distributing work, and managing the profit and loss of contracts.
Thermatic Technical FM provides nationwide Hard FM services to large commercial clients. Our mobile engineers support reactive and planned maintenance services, backed by our Head Office account teams.

Hours & Location:
Main location: Salford, Manchester. Remote working options available, but some office presence is required.
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Flexibility options available.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar facilities management role
* Understanding of gross profit and driving efficiencies
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Effective time management and prioritisation
* Agile work approach with process focus
* Management experience preferred
* Technical experience in air conditioning, gas, or electrical work advantageous
Responsibilities include:
* Supervising daily contract operations
* Responding to internal and external queries
* Managing administrative tasks from call out to invoicing
* Supporting quotation and handover processes
* Maintaining client portal updates
* Reviewing daily work status and supporting teams
* Timely communication via calls and emails
* Confirming parts, job details, and safety permits before work
* Attending client meetings for operational updates
* Managing work progress and invoicing
* Analyzing profitability reports and improving processes
* Ensuring contractual compliance and KPIs
