Enlightenment Education is working with a fantastic Derby SEND school seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join them on a long-term basis starting asap. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a primary background who thrives in small, nurturing class environments.

?? About the Role

The school is looking for a confident practitioner who can deliver:

* Phonics interventionsthey use the Little Wandle programme so experience of that would be great but not essential
* Early reading support
* Targeted academic interventions across small SEND classes
* 1:1 and small-group learning to help pupils make meaningful progress

Youll work closely with teachers and the intervention team to provide structured, high-quality support tailored to individual needs.
